The Great Christmas Circus The Hague has been a firm tradition on the Malieveld for over 25 years. This makes it not only one of the oldest, but also one of the largest Christmas circuses in the Netherlands. Every year they present a completely new show, and for many visitors, it has become a firm Christmas tradition to visit the circus during the Christmas holidays. This year's new show has the theme "Let the light shine" and promises to be another spectacular experience. In the air or on the arena - we want to make The Hague shine again with fresh ideas and exceptional artists. The show is colorful, poetic, and spectacular. Spanish top acrobat Javier Gama will deliver a breathtaking aerial ballet that will literally make the tent shake. Juggler Nicolas Lagroni steals the show with his mischievous humor and wins over the audience in no time. And in a sea of candlelight, a magical moment unfolds with Gigi – a modern circus artist specializing in hand balance and extreme agility. This mix of show, music, atmosphere, and humor is perfect for the Christmas holidays. Of course, there's plenty of excitement: the show features spectacular acts on and above the ring, each one an internationally acclaimed number. Fun and excitement, poetry and power: it's all in this two-hour-plus family show, specially created for The Hague.
