Special and/or sensitive personal information we process
Our website and/or service does not have the intention of collecting information about website visitors younger than 16 years of age. We strongly recommend parents to be involved with the online activities of their children, in order to prevent the collection of personal information about children without parental consent. When you’re convinced that we collected personal information of a minor without said consent, please contact us through privacy@tripper.nl, so we can delete this information.

View information, adjust or delete

This means that you can request us to send you, or someone appointed by you, your personal information in a computer file. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deleting, revoking consent, complaint about information processing or data transmission of your personal information to pricacy@tripper.nl. To be sure the request is made by you personally, we ask you to send a copy of your ID along with your request. In this copy of your ID you can black out your photo, MRZ, the line of numbers at the bottom of your passport, passport number and personal number. This is to protect your privacy. We will reply as fast as possible, but no later than 4 weeks, to your request. Tripper B.V. also wants you to know that you have the option to file a complaint with the national regulatory authority, the Personal Data Protection Authority.
How we secure personal information
Tripper B.V. takes the protection of your personal information seriously, and takes appropriate measures to prevent diversion, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes. If you have the idea that your personal information still isn’t properly secured, or if there are clues of diversion, please contact customer service or privacy@tripper.nl.
