• Carpaccio sandwich
  classic carpaccio, served on 2 crispy slices of Molenaarsbrood, grated grana padano, rocket and the famous truffle mayo
• Avocado egg sandwich
  2 soft, poached eggs served on 2 crispy slices of Molenaarsbrood, fresh avocado and grated Grana Padano
• Uitsmijter carpaccio
  2 sturdy slices of Molenaarsbrood with carpaccio, Grana Padano and 3 freshly fried eggs. Served with truffle mayo, rocket and pickled onion
• Croquettes
  Artisanal beef (or veggie) croquettes on 2 sturdy slices of Molenaarsbrood
• Shrimp croquettes:

• Uitsmijter

Accessibility

Despite the fact that De Beren Delft is located in the city center, finding a parking space is no problem at all. You can easily park your car in the Zuidpoort and Markt parking garages. These are both within walking distance of the restaurant. De Beren Delft is also only a twelve-minute walk from Delft Station.
