Homeowners' Fair in Jaarbeurs Utrecht

Planning to build or renovate? Then come to the 28th edition of the Homeowners' Fair at the Jaarbeurs Utrecht from 10 to 12 October 2025. Whether you're looking for a new kitchen, bathroom, garden, or interior, you'll find all the specialists you need to realise your dream home, all under one roof.

Bring drawings of your plot or current home to the fair and talk to a (landscape) architect or contractor to discuss the possibilities for your dream home. Want to make your current home more sustainable but don't have a sustainability plan yet? Write down your questions and ask an independent advisor at the Sustainable Living & Advice Centre. Or visit one of the workshops or the speakers' podium where numerous inspiring speakers are ready to provide you with handy tips & tricks.

Free Children's Craft Square

During Beurs Eigen Huis, there is a free Children's Craft Square on Saturday and Sunday. Here, children up to 12 years old can spend two hours under supervision making as many dream houses (or something else) as they like.

Under inspiring guidance, the children will make the most beautiful creations from self-drying clay. Convenient, because this way you can visit the fair in peace. Babysitting is no longer necessary, so mark your calendars for the upcoming edition of Beurs Eigen Huis!

Beurs Eigen Huis takes place at Jaarbeurs Utrecht in hall 3 & 4. Paid parking is available at the Jaarbeurs, but given its location next to Utrecht Central Station, the location is easily accessible by train.
