  - thinly sliced beef tenderloin with fried bacon, Grana Padano, rocket, pine nuts and truffle mayo
• Gyoza (chicken or vegetarian)
  - Japanese dumplings, served with hot & spicy sauce, spring onion, chili pepper and sesame seeds
• Truffle croquettes
  - truffle croquettes, toasted brioche, rocket, caramelized onion, tomato and truffle mayo

Intermediate course

• Tomato soup
  - creamy tomato soup, beef meatballs, crème fraîche, chives, bread, (parma ham +€4)
• Soup of the day

Main course*

• Saté (chicken or pork tenderloin)
  - 3 skewers, served with peanut sauce, fried onions, pickles and prawn crackers
• Berenburger
  - beef burgers, cheddar, bacon, gherkin, berenburger sauce
• Spicy crispy chicken
  - Crispy pieces of chicken thigh in a spicy sauce with mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, sesame seeds and spring onion (vegetarian possible)

Dessert

• Dame blanche
  - vanilla ice cream with warm chocolate sauce and whipped cream
• Crème brûlée
  - creamy crème with crispy caramel
• Coffee or tea
