• Smoked salmon tartare - butternut squash chutney, pumpkin mousse, sake-yuzu dressing and roasted pumpkin seeds

• Goat's cheese bavarois - beetroot foam, beetroot tuile and tomberry tomato

• Choice of 2 soups of the day, which may vary daily

Main course

• Free-range chicken roulade - tarragon stuffing, poultry cream sauce, almond and fried endive
• Fish of the day - the staff will be happy to tell you which fish of the day is being served
• Venison satay - cabbage salad, seroendeng, prawn crackers, peanut sauce and fried onions
• Beef bavette - haricots verts, sugar snaps, a vegetable tartlet, herb butter and red wine sauce (+ € 6,50)
• Cannelloni (V) - filled with spinach, ricotta, confit tomatoes, pine nuts, Parmesan Desserts

Dessert

• Cinnamon pear - vermouth cream ice cream and espresso crémeux
• Sticky apple - almond cake, vanilla parfait, salted caramel and apple jam
• Champagne refreshment - raspberry sorbet, meringue and seasonal fruit
