• Interactive lecture by Dr. Marlot Akkermans: ‘From witch to housewife’
• Participation in one of the four workshops:
  • Sorry, I love myself! – by Monique de Wind (about self-love without shame)
  • Breath as medicine – by Khyal van der Kooi (breathwork session)
  • To the core – by Félice Thenu (Boxing, feeling and letting go)
  • Your path to financial freedom – by Rommie Spoelstra (investing for beginners)
• Access to the FEM.Fair where you can do the following:
  • Get a FREE tattoo
  • Talk to sexologists about relationships, burnout, menopause, diets, lifestyle and career coaching and more!
  • Visit the Beautyplein for a wonderful head or body massage, have your eyebrows dyed, scalp scan or get advice about your cellular health.
  • Healthy lifestyle: try a reformer pilates device, information about magnesium retreats, follow the workshop ‘Stand your woman' - self defense.
  • Sexuality: EasyToys, Selfness clitoris jewelry, Lot of Toys,
  • Creativity: Painting, make your own mood board, shoot great pictures for free in the photo booth, visit a goldsmith, buy a vase in the shape of a woman's body or support a good cause with jewelry made by women in the slums of Colombia.
  • Healing: Remember your unborn child, visit a systemic or holistic coach, learn about self-love.
• 3:00 PM: We close with a bang: The EasyToys Bingo!
• 4:00 PM: End, of course with a nice goodie bag!

An inspiring day especially for independent women with a passion for personal development, self-love and feminine power. Let yourself be touched, enriched and connected with like-minded women during the women's event of the Northern Netherlands. The mission of FEM.Event The FEM.Event is much more than a day full of lectures and workshops. It is a movement by women, for women. A place where openness, connection, and vulnerability are central. Where we laugh, learn, and grow together. With inspiring speakers, personal stories, and powerful sessions, FEM.Event invites you to get closer to yourself. To let go of what no longer serves you and make room for your true strength: self-love.

There is a parking garage with 600 parking spaces opposite the main entrance of MartiniPlaza. After the FEM.Event, pay for your parking ticket at one of the parking meters with a PIN or credit card. Consult Google Maps for the exact route from your starting point and for the current departure and travel times.
