About Pancake House Gansi

Pannenkoekerij Gansi is a cozy pancake house on the grounds of the Gliphoeve community farm in Amsterdam South East. Located near the Ganzenhoef metro station, it's an ideal spot for a relaxing family outing. The farm is home to various animals, including ponies, rabbits, chickens, and pigs, and features a spacious playground where children can have fun. Chef Angela Benjamin, known as Angie B, is at the helm of the kitchen. Besides a varied selection of pancakes, she also serves Surinamese dishes with a modern twist. Pancake House Gansi is more than just a restaurant; it also serves as a work-study program for young people who are distanced from the labor market. Visitors can enjoy a delicious meal while contributing to a social initiative in the neighborhood!
