Holland Taptoe on King's Day in Veenendaal

Visit the Holland Taptoe on April 26, King's Day. Enjoy music, marching and show, performed by renowned music bands, including two world champions.

The approximately 2-hour program consists of a musical opening, followed by varied shows and performances and ends with a joint finale by all 120 musicians in colorful uniforms.

The well-known Flora Band from Rijnsburg will provide the intrada and present their brand new show ‘Simply the Best’, which is full of hits by well-known artists with a beautiful choreography. This band became champion of the last World Music Contest during the marching competitions. They will certainly show and hear a beautiful march during the program.

Excelsior from Renkum became champion show in the 1st division and will also come with a new show and perform a march parade. Show & marching band ESKA from Bemmel entertains the audience with the show ‘Greatest Hits’ and the Airboirne Malletband from Oosterbeek walks and plays the show ‘Mamma Mia’, of course full of well-known ABBA music.

The performance starts at 19:30, from 19:00 you can walk in. The Taptoe lasts about 2 hours. Before and after the show, refreshments can be purchased in the adjacent café.
