• Spring chicken with softly cooked leg of à la coq au vin, carrot and mushroom

• Mango and passion fruit tart, passion fruit sorbet and meringue

About Restaurant Oxalis

Restaurant Oxalis by Geoffrey van Melick is a small living room restaurant with a suite. The restaurant has been included in the Michelin Guide since November 2018. Geoffrey has gained experience in various excellent restaurants in the Netherlands, but also abroad. Like Apicius in Bakkum, Arzak in San Sebastian and Amber in Hong Kong. In addition to working hard for various well-known chefs, Geoffrey has won several prizes at major and well-known cooking competitions.

It has always been Geoffrey's dream to have his own restaurant. Taste comes first for Geoffrey. That is why Oxalis only works with the best ingredients. Preferably from its own region, but if necessary from the other side of the world.
