Starter

• Carpaccio of Dutch sirloin with truffle dressing, salad and cheese shavings
• Fried mussels with sesame soy sauce
• 2 vegetarian spring rolls
• Pan of prawns: steamed prawns in garlic, spicy or natural (+ € 3,50)

Intermediate course

• Tomato soup: home-made tomato-vegetable soup served with farmhouse bread and herb butter.

Main course*

• Chicken satay from the grill with prawn crackers, pickles and dried onions
• Chicken schnitzel: chicken fillet schnitzel
• Wiener schnitzel: pork schnitzel
• Grilled steak with pepper sauce: Dutch sirloin steak, supplied by local butcher (+ € 5,-)
• Fried kibbeling: cod kibbeling with tasty sauces
• Fried lekkerbek with remoulade sauce
• Grilled salmon fillet with grilled vegetables and fried potatoes and tasty sauces (+ € 5,-)
