About products offered through partners
You buy from Tripper and pay through us. Some products are not shipped by us; our partner then delivers the product to you directly. Our partners are always professional businesses, never private individuals.
Want to return something? Register your return with your order in My Deals. You then get the partner's return address. We refund the amount you are entitled to as soon as the partner has received your return, or earlier if you show that you have sent it back. Read more about returns.
You have the statutory warranty and the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. If the withdrawal period is longer, or the right of withdrawal does not apply to a product, this is stated with the offer.
Customer service
Do you have a question about your order, do you have a complaint or do you want to claim under the warranty? Contact the partner that ships the product. The partner handles this on our behalf.
Can't work it out together? You can always contact our customer service.
