FORT FUN Abenteuerland, located in the picturesque Sauerland, is the largest amusement park in South Westphalia and offers a mix of action and relaxation for the whole family. The park features various attractions, such as the SpeedSnake FREE roller coaster, the Wild River whitewater ride and the Trapper Slider summer toboggan run. For a panoramic view, there is the Big Wheel Ferris wheel, while adventurers can enjoy the Wild Eagle, a hang glider that soars over the park at over 80 km/h. 

New in 2025: Wild Swing

The Wild Swing by Art Engineering, designed in line with Yakari's totem animal, the "Great Eagle", will open at the beginning of the season on 12 April 2025 in Yakari Valley. In the giant swing you experience the feeling of freedom at a height of over 12 meters. The gondola swings over a small lake without falling over and gives visitors of all ages butterflies in the stomach. 

Here the whole family can experience an extraordinary ride together in the new Yakari carousel in FORT FUN Adventureland. The unique thing about this attraction is its design with an eagle as a theme. Around the family attraction “Great Eagle’s Free Flight” you will also encounter many familiar faces from the Yakari stories.
