Just 35 km north of Paris, the Gauls invite you on a true journey full of discoveries and thrills. With 50 rides and shows, spread across five worlds: Gaul, the Roman Empire, Ancient Greece, Egypt and the Vikings.

This season, Egypt takes centre stage with La Descente du Nil, a gigantic slide that takes you to the sacred spring under the watchful eye of Hâpy, the god of the Nile. Speed down on inflatable tubes and become part of the river's legend.

Continue your adventure with L’Envol d’Ibis and soar in suspended seats above the water garden dedicated to the sacred ibis. Fly, spin and dodge the water jets from mischievous fountains.

Then dock at the new Les Comptoirs d'Epidemaïs restaurant and enjoy a world buffet inspired by the owner's many travels.

Also discover the newest family attraction, Cétautomatix, and test the indestructible vehicles on the famous blacksmith's test track. With sharp turns, a slippery track and impressive drops, you'll be launched in cars that spin you in every direction.

After all these experiences, it is time for some well-earned rest. You'll have plenty of choice: three comfortable hotels in the heart of the forest are ready to welcome you: Les Trois Hiboux, La Cité Suspendue and Les Quais de Lutèce.

Getting there

Parc Astérix is about an hour's drive before Paris when travelling from the Netherlands. The park is best reached by car. Consult Google Maps for the exact route from your departure point and current departure and travel times. Parking is available in the adjacent car park for €25 per day, per car.
