Kaatje bij de Sluis has been a culinary experience for almost 47 years. Let yourself be seduced by the special dishes and beautiful wines, which have been carefully developed and discovered for you. From the moment you enter Kaatje, the culinary feast begins with 4 surprising snacks. Then surprising dishes with beautiful combinations of colors, scents and flavors will pass by this evening. Of course Kaatje also provides wine arrangements, ask about the possibilities! Any dietary requirements or allergies are taken into account, if Kaatje needs to replace or adjust a dish on the menu, this is possible, but at an additional cost of €15, regardless of the number of courses to be adjusted, please mention this when making your reservation, unfortunately this is no longer possible on the evening itself. 

Résidence Kaatje bij de Sluis

The 4-star hotel Kaatjes Résidence is located in a charming building from 1860. The seven luxurious rooms have a view of the surrounding historic buildings or the water. After a relaxing night, you can explore the area around the harbor town of Blokzijl the next day. National Park De Weerribben is nearby, as are the historic towns of Giethoorn and Vollenhove.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, telephone, flat screen television, a luxurious bathroom with bath and separate toilet, fluffy XXL bath towels, luxurious bathrobes and top quality bed linen. Suitable for up to 2 people.

The hotel has a reception (open until 6:00 PM), bar, restaurant, lounge, terrace, a beautiful English hotel garden with chaises longues, mulberry and fruit trees and a herb garden.

Kaatjes breakfast 

Enjoy a delicious cup of tea in the cozy breakfast room or outside on the terrace with a view of the passing pleasure boats. Breakfast consists mainly of organic ingredients such as cheeses from organic goat and sheep farms and organic dairy products.
