In the spring of 2026, Sky Sifter opens, the brand-new Wild West adventure. A unique attraction where you choose how you experience the adventure. Whether you are looking for an intense experience or a family-friendly adventure.

• Golden Route: The Golden Route is for thrill-seekers and offers an intense experience where you go completely upside down, feel the wind in your hair, and enjoy breathtaking views of the park.
• Silver Route: For those looking for a family-friendly adventure, there is the Silver Route: a swinging and floating experience without going upside down, but full of excitement, fun, and spectacular views.

Gold Rush

Stay in the gold rush and experience the sensational Gold Rush. This triple-launch roller coaster takes you on a lightning-fast journey through the mining area. Adrenaline, curves, and unexpected twists make for an unforgettable experience.

Shows & Entertainment

Slagharen isn't just about attractions, but also about fun and entertainment with shows & entertainment.

• Randy & Rosie and the Red Bandits provide cheerful moments and interactive shows.
• Give them a high five during a meet & greet or dance along in one of the dance shows.
• In the Music Hall, you can enjoy a different Randy & Rosie show every season.
• If you stay overnight, the entertainment doesn't stop as soon as the theme park closes; there is plenty of entertainment in the evening as well, including Ameezing Bingo, Family Game Shows, and a scavenger hunt.

• Magic Spring Festival
  After a long winter, the western town of Slagharen comes back to life. Something magical is happening, and all the residents are getting ready to celebrate this special moment. The Magic Spring Festival takes you on a magical adventure with a spectacular show by Angels Inc., an international group of female illusionists, street theatre acts that will leave you amazed, and the cheerful Randy & Rosie show: ‘Going Crazy!’.
   
• Wild West Summer Festival
  As soon as the summer sun is high in the sky, Slagharen transforms into a vibrant Wild West Festival. Not just ordinary summer evenings, but eight atmospheric festival nights where the park remains open until 9:00 PM. Imagine: strolling from one location to another with a refreshing drink in your hand. Live music plays at various spots in the park, artists and entertainers provide surprising performances, and a relaxed festival atmosphere hangs in the air. In between, you can hop on your favorite ride or grab a tasty bite. The Wild West Summer Festival is the perfect mix of attractions, entertainment, and summer fun. Summer like you've never experienced it before – in the heart of the Wild West.
  
• Halloween: From cozy spookiness to dark nightmares
  In October, Slagharen becomes the setting for a 4th edition of Halloween. During the day, families can enjoy the family-friendly Halloween festival Scary Prairie. When night falls, your worst nightmares become reality during 8 terrifying evenings of Western Nightmares. Do you dare?
  
• Winter Slagharen
  The holidays begin with a festive visit from Sinterklaas on the weekends between November 14 and December 6. From December 7, Slagharen transforms into a winter wonderland during Winter Slagharen. From a beautiful Magical Circus Show to skating fun on the ice rink and festive encounters with Santa Claus. Stunning decorations and twinkling lights transform the park into a magical experience.

Sleeping in the Wild West

Accessibility

There is a large car park opposite the entrance. Parking costs €12.50 per car. Traveling by public transport? The easiest way is to take the train to NS station Hardenberg, Coevorden, Zwolle, or Hoogeveen. From there, you can take the bus and get off right in front of the park gate. Plan your trip via Google Maps.
