Do you want to get out more and move more? Be motivated in a group setting to improve your performance? And receive the personal attention and guidance you need? Then come to our group training sessions. The training sessions are varied, groundbreaking and challenging and take place in groups of up to 20 people. During the sessions you will learn new skills and work towards your goal. At the end of each training session there is room for relaxation and inner peace. You train in a fun group that motivates each other, so that you go home satisfied and with an energetic feeling.
Group lessons
BOOTCAMP WORKOUT
- This is a training where we travel to various locations in the area and where the immediate surroundings are used during the training. During this training, we work on improving your condition, optimal fat burning and muscle building.
CIRCUIT WORKOUT
- During a circuit workout, you stay at a fixed location and use is made of various training attributes. During the training, all muscle groups are trained. The training helps to build muscle strength and endurance.
BOXING WORKOUT
- During the Boxing Workout, various boxing techniques and exercises are offered that train the entire body. Boxing provides a nice change in which endurance is central. This way of training ensures that your body has to make a lot of effort every time. This is one of the most effective workouts if you want to lose weight, improve your condition and become stronger.
SPECIAL WORKOUT
- This is a boot camp training with a special theme, for example a parent/child, yoga or a military training. With the special bootcamp trainings, it is possible that the time or starting location is adjusted. If this is the case, this will be clearly stated well in advance. For example, a training is given in the dunes of Schoorl several times a year.
WALKING BOOTCAMP WORKOUT
- The walking bootcamp trainings consist of sporty walking at different speeds, instead of running in the other bootcamp trainings. During the (active) breaks, muscle strengthening exercises are done. The walking bootcamp is also accessible for people who are overweight, seniors, and for people who are building up after an injury or pregnancy. Don't worry about not being fit enough, because we're going to work on that!

- Huesmolen in Hoorn (meeting point at the parking lot at the back of the Huesmolen located at the Torenwachter)
- Bangerten OosterpolderinZwaag (parking lot located between the Jan Doustraat and the sports accommodation “De Kreek”)
- Transferium in Hoorn (meeting point in front of the railway museum, Van Dedemstraat 8, 1624 NN)
